At Viski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional glassware and bar tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Viski packaging and include all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
